What type of events do you shoot?

Rain studio events is based out of los angeles and chicago, and has expertise in capturing a wide range of live entertainment, from concerts and music festivals, brand activations, dinners, parties, and corporate events.

do you photograph events outside of los angeles and chicago?

we are available to travel and work anywhere! rain studio events has captured corporate events across the united states and in europe. we do require travel and hotel ACCOMMODATIONS outside of los angeles or chicago.

how far in advance do i need to book?

there’s no cutoff limit for bookings, but we RECOMMEND reaching out 2-4 weeks in advance for larger productions to ensure AVAILABILITY.

how is your pricing catered and what is included?

event photography is priced at an hourly rate, with a two hour minimum. this rate includes all of the best fully retouched images from the experience, uploaded to an online gallery you are able to share with guests and download images.

what is the turnaround time for the gallery, and can you provide same day edits?

our typical turnaround for the full gallery of retouched images is one week. we do provide a preview link with 10-30 of the highlights next day. same day on-sight editing is available upon request for an additional rush fee.
